Most people who are staying at the house are getting in Saturday and Sunday, so these will be chill travel days. We will probably spend some time going to some grocery stores/Total Wine, etc., to stock up!

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party

If you are participating in Bachelor/Bachelorette parties (you know who you are!) please refer to the separate Bachelor/Bachelorette party group chats for details. Please plan on the entire day for both parties. Bridesmaids - if you have questions, please message the Maid of Honor (Alexis). Groomsmen - Message Blake or Kelvin (Best Man)

Pool/BBQ Day!

12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Come hang out at the house! Parents, grandparents, siblings, bridal party, etc., are welcome to join! There's a huge outdoor area with a pool, outdoor cooking, lounge chairs, etc. Sit out, make some BBQ, eat, enjoy drinks, etc!

Rehearsal

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Casual

***PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MIN EARLY*** - EVERYONE needs to attend the rehearsal. This includes the Bridal Party (Groom, Bride, Groomsmen, Bridesmaids), parents, grandparents, and siblings. Rehearsal will be at the venue (8007 Soft Winds Dr, Corona, CA 92883). - Attire will be casual. - See Rehearsal/Welcome dinner for details below.

Wedding Day!

***FULL DAY SCHEDULE*** - 2:15 PM - Photographers arrive at getting-ready location, hair/make-up completely done, bridesmaids in matching outfits. Blake/groomsmen have their pants and shirts on. - Travel to Venue: 3:15pm - Bridesmaids fully ready BUT NOT YET DRESSED. Bring dresses with you to venue to get dressed there. - 4 - 4:40pm - DECOR SETUP - ALL bridesmaids should have received which task they are responsible for setting up. Set up decor please. Getting Ready Photos (bride/groom get in outfits). Traci with Bride. - 4:40-5:15pm - Bridesmaids get into outfits - 4:45-5pm-Bride and Groom (ONLY) first look - 5-5:15 pm-Justin and Butch first look with bride. - 5:30-6pm-Get into places for Ceremony. Wedding Coordinator will tell you where to go! - 6-6:30pm Ceremony - 6:30-7:30pm-FAMILY/BRIDAL PARTY PHOTOS - 7:30-Bridal party grand entrance/reception begins - 7:45-First dance - 7:50PM-Dinner - 8:30PM-Speeches - 8:45PM-Father daughter dances - 8:50PM-Groom/mother dance
