Why didn’t you have a big wedding?
Answer
As much as we would loved everyone being a part of our big day, we decided we both would feel more comfortable and be able to soak it all in, if it were just us and our immediate family. We had a micro wedding in our backyard, on October 12, 2024. Check out the gallery page for photos!

What is the venue for the reception like?
Answer
The venue is Art Marble 21 in Seattle. We will be in the upstairs billiards room where there will be pool, jenga, and other games. The elevator does not work so please keep in mind that you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the event space.

What is the dress code for the reception?
Answer
Casual attire! Wear whatever you feel comfortable in - jeans, tshirt, sweatshirt, anything goes!

Will kids be invited to the reception?
Answer
As much as we love all the kiddos, unfortunately we did have a max headcount, but if your child was mentioned on the invite, or are listed on the RSVP page when searching your name, they are invited! The venue is 21+ after 9 pm, so if you plan to go downstairs and hangout after the event, please keep that in mind.

What is the parking like at the venue?
Answer
There is a good sized pay-by-phone parking lot across the street, and there may be some free street parking nearby depending on how busy the area is on Saturdays. We do highly recommend Ubers/Lyfts since there will be alcohol at the event.

Will food/drinks be served at the reception?
Answer
There will be light appetizers, small desserts (buffet style) and drinks! Each guest over 21 will receive 2 drink tickets for beer, wine, or a cocktail. If you would like more than 2 alcoholic drinks, there will be a full bar to order from on your own tab.

Can I bring a plus one to the reception?
Answer
As much as we would love to meet and party with your plus one, only those addressed on the invitiations are invited. Thank you for understanding.

Can we stay at the venue after the reception is over?
Answer
Yes! Once the reception is over, anyone over 21 is able to continue their night downstairs at the bar if you would like!
