When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45 pm.

Yes, this is a formal event. Black-tie optional. Please do not wear jeans or casual attire.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus one is included, it will be indicated there. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

The resort is about 45 minutes south of the Cancun airport. We recommend scheduling transportation in advance. Several shuttle services operate out of the airport, and you can arrange this directly with the hotel or book online. We typically use "Cancun Airport Transportation" and have had good experiences with them. As you exit the airport, you'll likely be approached by individuals offering taxi services - many of them are actually trying to sell timeshares. Kindly decline and continue walking until you find the sign for your scheduled transportation provider.

What do I need to know to be prepared?

Answer

You will need a valid, unexpired passport. The resort is all inclusive, which means all food and drinks are covered. We recommend bringing small bills for tips. The resort accepts US dollars and Mexican pesos. The resort has a spa, which is not included in the all inclusive package. Please check ahead of time with your bank and cell phone carrier to ensure you will have coverage in Mexico and that there are no foreign transaction fees when using a credit card. Most importantly, we are so excited to have you all traveling to celebrate this special day with us! Cheers!
