Due to limited space, plus ones are by invitation only please. Children of family and the wedding party may attend, but we encourage you to make other arrangements for young children, as the venue is not the most child-friendly. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you! Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
For our cocktail attire, we suggest a balance between formal and casual. Think stylish dresses (knee-length, midi, or maxi), chic jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Please avoid white or dusty blue as these colors will be used by the Bridal Party. Suits (in any color), blazers with dress pants or chinos, and button-down shirts are also great options. Ties are optional. We want you to feel comfortable and celebratory! Since much of the event will take place on the grass, please avoid stiletto style heels. The bride will be wearing sneakers for most of the night so comfortable shoes are totally okay :)
We will have a shuttle service to and from VSJ from downtown Paso Robles for guests planning to drink, since Ubers from the venue can be limited at certain times (Ubers originating from downtown, however, should be much easier to get). There is also plentiful parking available at VSJ if you choose to drive yourself. We recommend this option if you are not planning to drink, so you have the freedom to leave whenever you'd like. We will make sure everyone gets back, but you may need to wait for the shuttles to make multiple trips :) When formal invites are sent out, we will ask you to RSVP for the shuttle and select your pickup location. See the "Travel" section for more info on our recommended hotels - shuttles will have a pickup spot at or walking distance from those locations.
Yes! We will have an open bar with wine, beer, and soft drinks available all night long. Please note that due to winery permitting, no hard liquor can be served on site.
We will be having a traditional BBQ buffet with a variety of options. All of our dishes will be free of any nuts. If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies, you will be able to indicate them on your RSVP.
San Miguel is right outside Paso Robles. We recommend you stay in downtown, where there are plenty of hotel and Airbnb options available. Please see the "Travel" tab for more details.
Due to noise ordinances, the music and party must be shutdown promptly at 10pm. If you think you'll want to keep the party going, make sure to plan ahead with your group (most of Paso shuts down early!). There are a few bars downtown that stay open late.
