Shuttle From Hotel to Venue

There will be a shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue. The bus will arrive at the hotel for pickup at 4:45 pm, and will depart from the hotel to go to the venue at 5:00 pm. At 11:00 pm, the bus will depart from the venue to go back to the hotel.
