Is there a dress code?

Answer

The suggested dress code is semi formal attire. The event will be indoor outdoor (weather permitting) Women can wear below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit. Shoes can be heels, flats, dressy sandals or wedges. For Men Slacks and a button-down shirt are a good choice A tie or a suit jacket is a nice addition, but it’s not a requirement. Please do not wear jeans, shorts, tshirts or flip flops. The wedding party is wearing white, desert rose (pink), cabernet (dark maroon) and navy blue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a large paved parking lot at the lodge. You are able to leave your care overnight but please move the next morning as there is another wedding the next day. Uber and lyft are available from the location if needed There will also be a shuttle from the hotel room block and back Residence Inn Akron Fairlawn 4080 Embassy Pkwy Fairlawn, OH 44333

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The flower girls and ring bearer that are a part of the ceremony are invited to attend the wedding and reception. However we ask all others under 18 stay home.

Please arrive at 4pm the ceremony will start at 4:30.
