Kameron and Jack met in the Fall of 2021 after Jack’s boss, one of Kameron’s mom’s close friends, suggested they would be a great match. After exchanging numbers and talking for a bit, they went on their first date at a local bar in Las Vegas. Over whiskey cokes and an order of mac and cheese bites, they spent hours talking outside. Both were so nervous neither of them ate the last bite, despite later admitting they were both starving. A week later, Jack asked Kameron to be his girlfriend, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. The two quickly realized how much they had in common. They are both hardworking, family-oriented, dog lovers who enjoy traveling and making the most out of life together, especially on their yearly trips to Disney. Even when Jack moved to Albuquerque for work for a year, they made the distance work by visiting each other every few weeks, quickly learning that four weeks apart was far too long. Somehow, Kameron and Jack are usually on the same wavelength, often saying the same thing at the same time or finishing each other’s sentences. In Las Vegas, they’ve built a life together, buying their first home and adopting their dog, Bear. In December 2025, Jack proposed on a perfect Sunday afternoon during a picnic at their neighborhood park with Bear by their side. Kameron had spent weeks jokingly teasing Jack about when he was going to propose, and that morning she even playfully asked if that would be the day. As they prepared for their picnic, she joked again while making sandwiches, telling him the honey dijon mayo she made was “so good it was going to make him want to propose.” At the park, the two sat together eating and enjoying the beautiful weather. Kameron, still joking, asked if he was nervous because he was about to propose, not realizing she was unintentionally right. Moments later, Jack reached into his jacket, pulled out a ring box, got down on one knee, and proposed. It was simple, intimate, and completely them. Just Kameron, Jack, and Bear officially becoming a family forever.
