We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy a relaxed summer evening by the lake. Dressy-casual / garden party attire is perfect. Think light, breathable fabrics, summer dresses, and collared shirts. Jackets and ties are optional! The ceremony will be outdoors near sand and grass, followed by a short walk to the reception, so please choose comfortable shoes. Lake Michigan evenings can be a little breezy— a light layer is a good idea.
