Please RSVP by July 18, 2026.
We recommend flying into the Oakland Airport or the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The Oakland Airport is closer to the venue, but it is possible that you may find a cheaper fare for SFO. You can easily take public transportation from both Oakland and SFO (~$12 and ~$13, respectively), or catch a Lyft for ~$50 and ~$90, respectively.
If your invitation or RSVP includes a guest, we’d love for you to bring someone. Otherwise, we’re keeping the guest list limited to those listed on the invitation due to limited venue capacity. Thank you for understanding!
Yes, see the "Hotels + BnBs" tab!
We strongly advise against driving to our wedding venue and renting a car for our wedding activities. The road to the Brazilian Room is quite windy, parking is expensive, and car break-ins (a.k.a bipping) are unfortunately somewhat common. Instead, we encourage you to Lyft or take advantage of public transit options (we're big fans!) like Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), AC Transit, and MUNI when getting around the SF Bay Area. We also plan to provide transportation to and from the wedding venue.
Yes, shuttles will be transporting guests to the wedding from North Berkeley BART station, the Claremont Resort & Club, and the Hilton Garden Inn. Please arrive at the pick-up station that you signed up for by 3:15pm. Shuttles will leave promptly at 3:30pm. You or someone in your party should have received a text from 917-967-5068 (our Zola text blast number) confirming your pick-up location. If you or someone in your party did not receive a text from this number, it means you did not fill out the transportation survey and will need to handle your own transportation to the Brazilian Room. We recommend taking a Lyft or Uber to the Brazilian Room around the same time.
We will be offering shuttles for all guests (even those who didn't fill out the survey) from the Brazilian Room to the various pick-up locations (The Claremont, North Berkeley BART, and The Hilton Garden Inn) from 8:30-11pm. Shuttles will leave the venue every 30 minutes or so, and the last shuttle at 11pm will make an additional stop at the after party location, Kingfish Pub & Cafe.
That it remains a force to be reckoned with! To know us is to see us mask a bit later in the game than the general public. We would love for our wedding to not serve as the backdrop to our loved ones getting sick. It would mean so much to us — and to our immunocompromised guests — if you packed a COVID test in your carry-on for use ahead of your first event of the weekend, and took measures (e.g., masking in crowded spaces, actively monitoring how you're feeling) in the week leading up to our wedding to keep yourself and everyone else safe. If you do fall sick ahead of our wedding weekend, we ask that you let us know so that we can work together to stop the spread.
