What time should I arrive?

Answer

Since we are having a winter wedding, the sun will set much earlier than usual! Valet parking will be open starting at 2:30pm, and guests will be allowed on-site at 3:00pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. Please allow yourself enough time to travel to the venue.

What are your COVID safety protocols?

Answer

For the safety and well being of our guests as well as ourselves, we will require proof of a negative test result within 24 hours of the event. We want everyone to return to their lives healthy and COVID-free, so we will be enforcing this. We understand that obtaining COVID tests are no longer free, so will happily reimburse the cost of your test if this will ease the burden. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like us to provide a test or reimburse you! *More info to come on how to send test results as date approaches.

Are masks required?

Answer

Masks will not be required, but certainly encouraged and welcome. Both reception and ceremony will be outdoors.

We kindly request only your presence at the wedding, as we want to celebrate with YOU :-) Thank you!

What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be cocktail, but please wear whatever makes you feel awesome and comfortable to dance in! Please keep in mind, it will be very cold in the evening once the sun sets, especially since we are in higher elevation, so make sure to bring a warm coat! We will have heaters outside, but there is a limited number of them.

What's the parking situation like?

Answer

There will be free valet parking at the event venue. Valet will be ready for guest arrival starting at 2:30pm. In order to ensure guests' safety, cars may be left on the property overnight. However, they must be picked up between 10am and 12pm the following morning.
