The dress code is black, formal & black tie optional attire! We're asking everyone in attendance to wear either a black suit or a black dress. See the gallery tab on the website for a look into our wedding mood board and attire inspiration!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
There are 60 on-site parking spots! Although we believe there are enough spots based on our guest list, we strongly recommend carpooling so that you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 so plan to arrive by 5 PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.
While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those children in the wedding.
If we do not receive your RSVP by October 1st, then it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending." We will greatly miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests, we will be having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Dinner you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.
The ceremony will be held outdoors! However, in the case of inclement weather we will move the wedding ceremony to the chapel located on the third floor of our venue. The cocktail hour and dinner will also be held outside but there is plenty of room to move everything indoors if the weather doesn't permit.
Typical mid-October weather in Indianapolis is an average of 75 degrees during the day and cooler in the evenings.
We will have an open bar for the first $1000 but will then convert into a cash bar. Due to restrictions from the venue, we will only be serving wine and beer at the bar. Please arrange safe transportation home if you plan on drinking!
We'll be serving a buffet-style dinner prepared by Marcus Childs and ChefsPrep Catering. The entree options are the following: marinated & grilled tuscan chicken w/sundried tomatoes; grilled lemon garlic salmon topped with crab crumble and remoulade sauce; and carved Prime rib w/chimichurri sauce. Salad and bread will also be provided alongside roasted seasonal vegetables and garlic and herb butter mashed potatoes.
