To ensure you are seated before the ceremony begins, we recommend you arrive by 3:45pm.
It's always fun to get dressed up once in a while so something similar to cocktail attire would be great! Dresses, slacks, blazers - along those lines. Feel free to bring comfy shoes to change in to while you are on the dance floor!
If your invitation included a plus 1, then yes, you can bring a date. If not, we need to ensure our guest count is accurate, so please do not bring any extra guests. Thank you for understanding.
If you would like to have a date night, we would love for you to come, sit back and relax. However if you prefer to bring your children, we would welcome them.
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. We will also have a golf cart transporting guests to/from their cars.
The venue is located half way between Blacksburg, VA and Salem, VA. There are numerous hotels in both directions you can chose from. We have also listed a couple on the Travel page of our website.
