Burnt out from studying for his radiology board exam, Stephen decided to turn on a dating app, Coffee Meets Bagel, and there he saw Sarah. Unfortunately in order for him to get her attention, he had to pay some money on the app to match with her. To his surprise, she accepted and wrote back (best investment ever). 8 days later they met for dinner, but Sarah made it suspenseful and showed up over 30 minutes late. Dinner went well, but Stephen thought she was way out of his league and did not think he would ever see her again. However, she texted him on the way home and he knew he had a chance. Another 8 days later Stephen “wooed” Sarah with a 2nd date to her first paint and wine class followed by her first time eating tacos at Big Star. The tacos obviously helped.

Stephen took Sarah on a walk around Chicago Botanic Garden. He sat her down on a blue bench at the English Walled Garden and popped the question with their paparazzi siblings hiding (they did not follow the instructions on the map and almost blew it). She was overcome with emotion and said YES. They’re so excited to tie the knot and live happily ever after!
