We met our freshman year of college at Florida Atlantic University. Zachary was campaigning for dorm president at the time against my friend and roommate. We were both in the same elevator on our way down to the election. He tried to win over my vote but was unsuccessful. Little did we know, five years later, he would have won over my heart. P.S. He won the election.

We were celebrating our 4 year anniversary. He took me to Epcot to meet up with some friends and drink around the world. I had always told him my dream proposal was in Paris in front of the Eiffel tower. As we got to France, he requested we get our picture taken in front of the fountain with the Eiffel tower in the background. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was a dream come true.
