Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we have a limited number of plus-ones available. If you've been given a plus-one, their name will be included when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Are my children invited?

Answer

We adore your children, but due to space limitations, we're able to invite only a limited number of kids to the wedding. If your child is included, their name will be included on the formal invitation and RSVP. We hope you consider this a great opportunity for a date night!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please note that the dress code for the event is cocktail attire. We encourage you to dress up, have fun, and enjoy the evening with us! We recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking on grass. Kindly avoid wearing light blue, cream, or white, as these colors will be worn by the bridal party.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Our venue will have rooms available for rent if you wish to stay on site. You may find room block information under the “travel” tab. If you wish to stay off property, there are several nearby hotels and cabin rental options. If you chose to drink and stay off site, please drink responsibly!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a selection of beer, wine and cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic options. Please drink responsibly!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both indoor and outdoor elements! The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Typical temperatures for this time of year range from highs around 75°F to lows around 55°F. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors on the property.

Will there be meal options for those with dietary restrictions?

To the best of our ability—yes! When you RSVP please indicate any dietary restrictions.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas are all wheelchair accessible. There are handicap accessible rooms available to book at Brasstown Valley Resort if you plan to stay on property.

Where should we bring or send wedding gifts to?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to give us a gift, you can find our registry under the 'Registry' tab on our website. We will also have a card box available at the wedding if you prefer to bring a card.
