We will kick off the weekend with Welcome Drinks at 7 pm - please RSVP if you will be in town and available to say hi on Friday evening!

Mountain-Top Ceremony & Ski-Lodge Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Freestyle Lounge

1 Ski Area Road, Waterville Valley, NH 03215

The ceremony will take place at the summit at 4 PM, with the chairlift starting to load guests at 3 PM. If you’re driving to the ski lodge, plan to arrive by 2:30 or 3 PM to ensure you’re ready to head up. Shuttles from the Town Center and the Valley Inn to the ski lodge will start running at 2 PM. The reception will be hosted in the Freestyle Lodge, at the bottom of the chairlift.

Town Center After Party

10:00 pm

Valley Pub & Restaurant

The celebration doesn’t stop after the reception! Join us at the Town Square for an after-party filled with good vibes and great company. Shuttles will be available to take everyone from the ski lodge to the Town Square or directly to the Valley Inn, making it easy to keep the party going or head back to rest. We can’t wait to continue the fun with you!
