A bus will pick up guests at 4:30pm from here to go to the ceremony, there will also be a bus taking guests back here departing at 9:45pm and 11pm. Room block is $228 plus taxes for a balcony room so if you find a better deal feel free to book outside the room block. Also if you click the link and it's higher than $228 plus taxes it means the block is sold out so book however you prefer if that's the case. The hotel is right near cave creek bars like hideaway, buffalo chip, and more. We are planning to meet up Friday at Buffalo Chip at 8pm

Sky Harbor is ~40 minute drive to the hotels in Carefree and ~1hr drive to the wedding venue

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is ~1hr from the hotels in Carefree and ~1.5hrs from the wedding venue. This is located much further outside of Phoenix so Ubers/Lyfts may be limited.
