Luke and Jessica's story begins in Wendell, North Carolina circa 2013. They met in church youth group, and from that point on, God planned for them to be part of each other's lives. Though they had high school crushes on each other, they never dated and parted ways. Jessica went off to college at UNC Wilmington, and Luke joined the United States Navy. Both of them had a lot to learn about life and relationships. God brought the two back together at the church where they first met Christmas Eve 2017. Not longer after, Luke and Jessica got reacquainted they decided to date. The two loved each other immensely and spent several years in the Washington D.C. area before moving to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It was in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, that God entered the picture again and turned Luke and Jessica's world upside down. He needed to be the center of their lives before they could pursue marriage. Both went on separate journey's of transformation and growth, eventually coming back together restored and ready to become life and purpose partners. So after nearly five years of dating, Luke Wielechowski proposed to Jessica Woods in front of a frozen waterfall in Gatlinburg, TN December 29th, 2022.
