It's cheesy to say "the stars aligned" when we met, but in this case, we believe it... We first met when Tom was staying in Fort Lauderdale for his friend’s 21st Birthday and Nat was visiting her dad with a few of her friends after her 1st Spring Semester at Saint Joseph's University. Our first real time meeting was crazy, because who wakes up at 5am on vacation to watch the sunrise? Us, apparently. We almost didn't... But, something told us both on May 22, 2021, that we should. So, without knowing each other at all (or where each of us were from), we met on the beach of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, watched the sunrise together and talked for hours. We discovered that we both coincidentally went to college in Philadelphia (crazy) and shockingly, both played Ice Hockey (even crazier). We both had a feeling that all of our coincidences (and the way we clicked that morning) could really mean that we'd see each other again... We talked over the phone throughout that whole summer, and when August came around for the Fall Semester, we made plans to see each other. Over the next few months, we played Hockey together, we went to Flyers games, dinners, movies, and more. After a few long months of making sure we were going to be each other’s “one” for the long run, we started officially dating in March of 2022. Since then, we have been inseparable. We do everything together and are each others’ best friend and life companion. We now own & operate a business together, travel frequently, and just moved into our first home together! After a couple amazing years of dating (and spending nearly every second together), we got engaged on December 27, 2024 in the same spot where we met for sunrise back in 2021. We will be saying "I do!" in Natalia's home state of Maryland, overlooking the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. We hope you can join us on May 30, 2026 when we tie the knot! Love you all! XOXO - Tom & Nat
