Venue Updated to The Don Cesar

Nick and Megan met in college at the University of Illinois. Megan had sworn that “once you stop looking, you'll find the one”, and Nick was busy with friends, the gym, and school work. By chance, Megan was invited to Nick’s apartment by her roommate. When Nick came down the stairs, post studying, another roommate pointed to him and said (something along the lines of) “he looks like your type”, and she agreed. Nick didn’t seem interested in chatting until Megan gave him her (very cringy) party playlist on an actual usb drive. He pretended to like it, and through text they instantly bonded on humor and values. They decided to make it “Facebook official”. Over a decade they supporting each other through college, law school, career changes, apartment moves, and the loss of family members. Nick proposed on a vacation in the Cayman Islands in March of 2023, and since then they’ve bought a home together, and continue to make each other laugh daily.
