Round-Trip Shuttle from the Residence Inn Hotel

To make things easy and stress-free, we are providing a shuttle that will pick up guests from the Residence Inn at Dulles 28 Centre at 4:00 PM and bring them to the venue for the ceremony. All guests are welcome to use the shuttle, even if you are not staying at the hotel — just head to the hotel for pickup and enjoy the ride with fellow guests! If you're staying at the hotel, please note that check-in begins at 3:00 PM, so plan accordingly if you'd like to catch the shuttle. Prefer to drive instead? That’s totally fine! Just keep in mind that any cars left overnight may only be picked up from the venue between 10am-12pm on Sunday. The gates will not be open outside of these hours. After the reception, the shuttle will first drop off any guests who wish to continue the festivities in downtown Leesburg, then head to the hotel to drop off those who prefer to return for the night. Later in the evening, the shuttle will return to Leesburg to pick up remaining guests and bring them back to the hotel.

Airports
There are several airport options in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area for those flying in. The closest major airport is Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) — about 30 minutes from the venue and just 10 minutes from the Residence Inn. The Residence Inn also offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Dulles for its guests when requested. Other nearby airports include Reagan National (DCA) and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI), depending on your travel preferences.
