What will be served for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style. There will be a Mixed Green Salad, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Grilled Aukra Norwegian Salmon topped with a Lemon Dill Sauce, served with sides of Fresh Green Beans with Bacon and Onion, and Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese. Every table will also have fresh rolls available.

Will there be cake?

Answer

Guest cake will be served cupcake format and you will have the option between a Chocolate Cupcake with Chocolate Ganache filling or White Vanilla Cupcake with Strawberry filling and a Buttercream frosting.

What is the After-Party?

Answer

Our after-party will begin at 9:30PM after the sparkler celebration. Before 9:30PM our music will be family-friendly, after 9:30PM there will be no regulations on the music played. This may be a good time for younger guests to depart.

What is the late night bite?

Answer

Later in the evening a s'mores station will become available to guests.

What is the Sparkler Celebration?

Answer

Guests will be handed sparklers and ask to make lines for the Bride and Groom to go down. This will be a fake sparkler send-off, as this is when the photographer and videographer will be leaving. We will be getting the photo and video of the "send-off" as if we were leaving for the night.
