Join us for cocktails. We are excited to celebrate with you! Please note that all guests attending the welcome party will be required to present identification at the installation's Entry Control Points (Gate 1 and Gate 8). Each guest must bring a valid ID. After passing through security, guests will have temporary access to park on the Academy grounds for the welcome party. Attire: Men: Dress slacks and polo shirts are acceptable. Women: Casual dresses or skirts are acceptable.

Ceremony

Attire: Semi-formal Men: Suit and tie Women: Cocktail dresses All guests will need to present identification at the installation's Entry Control Points (Gate 1 and Gate 8). Please ensure you bring a valid ID. After passing through security, guests will have temporary access to park on the Academy grounds for the ceremony. The Alumni Hall Parking Garage will be an available option near the chapel. Please allow extra time for the security process. We kindly ask that you be seated between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM. The wedding ceremony will commence promptly at 4:00 PM.
Reception

Parking is available at Fluegel Alumni Center. A bus will be provided to transport guests without vehicles. Those with vehicles will need to move their vehicle off of the Academy grounds and to Fluegel Alumni Center. The served dinner will be a roast breast of chicken florentine with a jumbo lump Maryland crab cake. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to us for accommodations. Please Note: Vehicles may not be left overnight at the Fluegel Alumni Center. The gates will close, and access to your vehicle will not be available until Monday morning. If you anticipate needing to leave your car, please plan to use the baseball parking lot located across from Fluegel.
