Our love story began in Bakersfield back in 2017. Alexis just began working at Olive Garden as a hostess where Shane had been working for over 4 years. Some flirtatious banter was shared back and forth for a few months until one night when both Alexis and Shane were scheduled to close the restaurant. They talked through their whole closing shift and that night Alexis decided to add Shane on Facebook. They decided to go out for drinks on 03/19/2018 and the rest is history. Almost 3 years worth of memories later, and we have moved to San Diego together, traveled, and introduced both a cat and a dog into our family. On June 13, Shane popped the question during Alexis's birthday celebration and she said yes! We can't wait for this exciting new chapter of our lives to begin!
