How We Met

September 6, 2016

After graduating High School, Seth and I attended a gap year program called Impact 360 Fellows in Pine Mountain, GA. According to Seth, around the second week of being at Impact he pointed me out to a staff member and said he knew I was "the one." For many of you that know Seth and I, you know that it was a tough nine months of waiting to finally be able to date! In May of 2017, Seth asked me to be his girlfriend and we have been dancing, laughing, going on adventures, eating really yummy food, and rocking out at concerts together ever since... as the saying goes, "the rest was history!"

The Proposal

December 22,2019

On December 21st Seth made the 9 hour haul from North Carolina to Florida to spend the Christmas holiday with my family. I had mentioned to a few of my friends that I suspected he may propose over Christmas break but my they quickly told me, with much confidence, that it wasn't happening (thanks ladies hehe). On Sunday the 22nd, Seth asked if I wanted to go on a nice date with him before the chaos of having twenty family members being in my house began. I thought nothing of it, little did I know what he had planned! After our date we drove to what I thought was our friends Christmas party at their church. As soon as we pulled up I heard our favorite song, "What Would I Do Without You" by Drew Holcomb, playing inside the venue which I thought was kind of odd! When we walked through the doors our families and close friends popped up from their hiding place and yelled, "Surprise!" Seth got down on one knee and proposed.. I always knew I was going to spend forever with this sweet man! The night was filled with tears, laughter, and dancing (obviously) and it couldn't have been more perfect!

We cant wait to party with you soon!!

Love, Morgan & Seth
