Of course, we love "the kids" but only invited children of our close families are attending.
African drummers, Acknowledgement of the ancestors (libation), Tasting of the elements, African food, and "Spraying money" in which the guest voluntarily "spray" money at the bride and groom to show happiness for the couple. This is normally done during one of the couple's dances.
So glad you asked... As much as we love social media, yes, our wedding is unplugged as we cherish this ceremony as an intimate moment with God and close family and friends. While we ask that you be considerate of our awesome, official photographer, you may however, pull out your camera phones for the reception & share your photos via #wood&asabi-lightsup.
