Emma and Nick met in 2015 after they both joined the Alpharetta High School band program, where Nick played trumpet and Emma played euphonium. After two years of friendship, they started their relationship. They stuck together through high school, college, and beyond. After high school graduation, Nick pursued Meteorology at Florida State University (FSU) and Emma pursued Music Education at Kennesaw State University (KSU). Despite six years of long-distance, their love only grew stronger. Nick and Emma supported each other through every season of life, through many miles apart. Nick proposed to Emma towards the end of their date at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens on November 26th, 2024. He had been planning for months, and surprised her not only with a family dinner, but also a big party with their friends and loved ones. Everyone did a great job keeping the secret! Currently, Nick is finishing his Master's degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma, and Emma is a middle school Music teacher. They also recently just moved to Cleveland, Ohio, where Nick has accepted a job offer as an Aviation Meteorologist at Flexjet. Long distance did not affect their love for each other. In fact, it made it stronger than ever. They are proud to say that they have lasted through many years of living apart. Now, they invite you to celebrate them finally being together, forever.
