What are safety protocols being implemented for COVID?

Answer

Finally it feels like we are coming to the end of a bad year. Our venue is open at full capacity with no mask requirements. If you feel more comfortable with wearing a mask please do so! However we will not be requiring all our guests to do so.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Both; the ceremony will be outside, the reception will be inside with an outdoor bonfire & game area.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal. Use this as an excuse to break out that LBD, floral jumpsuit, or fun shirt that has been hiding in the back of your closet.

When should I arrive at Pinewood?

Answer

Anytime between 1:30PM & 1:45PM. The ceremony will begin at 2PM

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says guest or a specific name, yes bring a guest or that person.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If the invite included their names or was addressed to "The Johnson Family," they're more than welcome to tag along; if not, this is your excuse for a parents' night out!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please respond by the first of August 2021. Please ensure to respond for all the guests included on your invitation. You can respond in both ways, whichever you are more comfortable with. Include a song you want to boogie to at the reception.
