Nowadays, they will say that they were college sweethearts (cue the "aww") but on further probing, Eric will recount the story of how they hung out loosely in the same circle but how Annie had her sights set on Eric during freshman year welcome week at UCSD. Eric will then go on about how Annie bothered their mutual friend Cindy to introduce them. They then went on to spend their every waking moment with a student org (shout out to OG TASA peeps) and saw each other, basically, every day. Add in many late night group study sessions at Geisel, and a romance was born. They were inseparable for most of college. Fast forward to graduation from UCSD, Eric was accepted to PT school in Boston and although Annie says that she's a strong independent woman, a part of her hoped that she would also get into PA school in Boston so they wouldn't have to do long distance. At last, they both moved to Boston for grad school and have since graduated their respective programs. They are now working full time, living their best DINK lives in downtown Boston, and traveling abroad as much as they can. --- From that fateful day nine years ago, we're now so excited to be tying the knot and starting the next chapter of our lives together.
