Carmen and Anthony met in high school through a mutual friend. She was walking home with some friends when Anthony first spotted her. He thought she was cute and he found out she was one of his classmates the following year. He was ecstatic. They talked everyday on and offline for nearly six months before Anthony finally decided to ask her out as he was walking her home one snowy day in January of 2011. She did not answer immediately and toyed around for a few minutes before telling him yes.

Anthony devised the perfect plan to surprise Carmen while she was traveling with her parents in Asia. Under the ruse that it was for her birthday celebration, Carmen did not think twice when she saw that all her closest friends on Find my Friends had "mysteriously" gone rogue. When Carmen and Anthony were approaching the One Hotel, Carmen thought she had it all figured out and was positive that they were grabbing birthday drinks at the hotels' rooftop bar before dinner. To her surprise, instead of stopping at the top floor, Anthony had taken her to a suite instead which her missing friends had set up for the two of them beforehand. Without even hearing Anthony's speech, Carmen already said the magic word "YES". We can't wait to celebrate our special day with you!
