Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Due to the change in weather and likelihood of rain on Saturday, we have changed the reception from outdoors to indoors. However, the ceremony will remain outdoors. Therefore, please be sure to dress warmly and bring an umbrella! Also, make sure to wear appropriate shoes to be able to walk on wet grass and uneven concrete flooring. For the ladies, you may want to reconsider those pointy stilettos, and go for something more like block heels or wedges.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please try and arrive at 3:45 PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.

Are there any places that are off limits that kids should avoid?

Answer

The lower lawn of the venue where our ceremony will take place oversees a river that could be dangerous for your little ones. We advise that children stay clear of this area near the river. For everyone's safety, we advise everyone to avoid the lower lawn once it gets dark. Additionally, please watch yours and your little ones steps as the indoor space has stairs.

What type of food will there be?

Answer

American style food. As the reception has been moved indoors, food will now be plated and served at your table. If you want seconds, you are more than welcome to - just let a server know once everyone has already been served. Please let a server know if you have any dietary restrictions.

What is the attire for guests?

Answer

Formal attire (Suit or Dress). We kindly ask our guests to avoid wearing a white dress.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. Only the names listed on the invitations are invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We're very sorry but due to space restraints, we are only able to invite the children of our family to our wedding. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.

Will there be enough parking?

Yes, there will be plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot at Viaggio.

We will have an open bar that will serve a curated selection of beers and wines.
