Our Story

The Wedding Website of Ashley Wong and Daniel Kim

We both went to Cornell for undergrad (Ashley was Class of 2017, Daniel Class of 2018), but we actually met after graduation through a mutual friend! Ashley was attending genetic counseling school at the time, and Daniel was finishing up his last semester of college before moving to Boston to start working at a gene therapy lab. Ashley was intrigued about meeting someone else interested in genetics, but also, it would be nice to have a friend to eat char siu fan (bbq pork rice) and drink boba with! Daniel, on the other hand, it was love at first sight, or rather love at first text, since we didn't officially meet each other until his senior year spring break when he told Ashley that he was "coming to Boston to meet his future colleagues," although he had really planned the trip to meet Ashley. Since that day, our lives have been filled with love, laughter, and pure joy :) Finding each other was unexpected but perfect in every way. We can't wait to celebrate our special day with you!
