What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before ceremony, as your GPS will most likely take you to the beginning of a long driveway.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle leaving from The Hotel Weyanoke in Farmville, VA for the ceremony at 3:45pm, and departing the wedding at 11:00pm to head back to the hotel! Please note that hotel check-in time is at 4pm, there are a few free parking lots in Farmville, VA if you plan on taking shuttle. https://www.farmvilleva.com/258/Parking-Information

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will feature a cocktail attire dress code. Gentlemen, feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt and nice pants. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy separates would be perfect. Kindly refrain from wearing jeans or shorts. Please note that our ceremony will take place outdoors, so ladies, consider comfortable shoe choices. The reception will be held indoors. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we don't have room allotted in the tabling and planning for extra people. If you have been invited to bring a plus one, it will be listed on your invite!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Farmville, VA is about 20 minutes away from the venue and will have several hotels, we have some listed under the travel tab.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please! This will give us an accurate count for food, tables, chairs, etc. If you don't RSVP, we can't guarantee we will be able to accommodate for you. Please RSVP by August 1st.
