We have already secured booking a hotel room for all out-of-town guests. Your reservation is set for two nights on December 30, 2023, and December 31, 2023. The cost per night is $199, plus taxes. A valid credit card and ID are required on day of check in. You will be charged after your stay is completed. There is no need to make a reservation yourself; it has been pre-booked for you. The only thing you need to do at this time is letting Director of Catering and Events, Morgan Wolkin (mwolkin@bellyardhotel.com) know if you will NOT be attending so she can release your room.
