We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. While we love your little ones, we hope this will be a special evening for you to relax and enjoy yourselves! Thank you for understanding!

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. As we're working with the limits of our venue and want to keep the celebration intimate, we're only able to accommodate those named on the invitation and if a plus one has been provided to you. We hope you understand and know how much we truly value your presence on our special day.

Are there hotel room blocks in the area?

Answer

We have reserved two hotel room blocks for our wedding—one at the Hilton Garden Inn and one at the Hampton Inn Gainesville. To make a reservation, please call the hotel directly and mention the Wolfrey/Coyle Wedding, or use the booking links provided in the Travel/Accommodations section.

Is Transportation Provided?

Answer

A shuttle service will be available to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. Shuttles will be running every hour beginning at 3:30, with the final departure at 11:15.
