No. We are not giving plus ones to our event. Only guests that are formally invited may attend. We will have no room for guests that were not personally invited as this is an intimate event. Thank you for understanding!
Although we love your children, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event with the exception of the wedding party, or as specified on your invitation and RSVP. We encourage you to use this evening to let loose! We appreciate your understanding.
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing blue jeans, casual wear, and sneakers. We look forward to seeing you all dressed up! Please be mindful that since the ceremony is outside and in the forest area, appropriate foot attire is recommended (i.e. wedge sandals, wedge heels, flats, etc.).
White, ivory, cream, eggshell, or any off-white colors.
Yes, there is on-site parking along with a staff member designated for this purpose.
Yes, please review the Travel tab for further recommendations, along with the allotted hotel blocks we have designated for this event. The deadline to book our wedding block has expired. You may still call the hotel and book a room but you will not receive the discounted rates. If you do so, please let the couple know so we can advise the Hilton that you will be a part of our event.
No, both the reception and ceremony will be at Kilbuck Creek.
Kilbuck Creek offers both options, however, we have opted to host our ceremony outdoors. Please keep in mind that considering the wedding will take place in August, it will likely be warm. Additionally, if there is rain in the forecast, the ceremony will be held indoors.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Zola offers online RSVPs. Head over to the RSVP tab, type in your name, and initiate the process. Please make sure everyone is accounted for when you reserve or decline your presence. With any specific questions about the online RSVP process, feel free to reach out to Michael or Kimberly personally and we will help.
The RSVP deadline is July 21. Prior to the deadline, if we have not heard from you either Michael or Kimberly will reach out. The online RSVP system will close after July 21 and the couple will default you as a decline. Guests that have not RSVP'd and show up will not have food prepared, or a seat available. We look forward to hearing from everyone!
We encourage all guests to take pictures to help commemorate the day. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony, as we have hired a photographer and videographer for this reason. Please use the hashtag #NewlyNechvatal so we are able to view your posts!
Yes, we will be providing a shuttle. The information is located in the “transportation” tab of the website.
