While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. If you require assistance finding a sitter nearby, we are more than happy to assist!
Your invitation will show the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. If a seat has been reserved for a date, that will be reflected on your individual invitations.
Please denote any special food accommodations on your RSVP card. We want to ensure everyone is able to enjoy their food.
Yes! We have arranged for a large bus to transport guests to and from the wedding. The shuttle will be based at the Marriott where we have arranged accommodations.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 6pm. Please plan to be in your seat no later than 5:50pm.
We’ve asked professional photographers and a videographer to capture our special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding for any who wish to see them and share them! We ask that you "unplug" and just take in our ceremony meaning no cell-phones, i-pads, cameras, etc. During the reception, we welcome you to take any photos/video you wish, but during our ceremony we invite you to be fully present with us.
We have multiple parking options. The venue itself have both valet or standard parking. There is also shuttle transportation available from the hotel to the venue.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
