The venue is very strict about guests arriving at 4:45pm.

What should I wear for shoes?

Answer

No heels or cowboy boots are to be worn at Sedona Golf Resort. This can create damage to the greens.

Where should I fly into?

Answer

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) or Flagstaff Airport (FLG).

How far is Sedona from Phoenix?

Answer

Sedona Golf Resort is just below Sedona, and traffic on I-17 can vary depending on rush hour, accidents, or even brush fires. Though google maps says 1 hour 40 minutes from Sky Harbor, I would allow yourself 2 hours. Also be aware that 179 is one lane each direction and most traffic intersections in Sedona are rotaries.

If I'm flying in, should I rent a car?

There are shuttles possible from PHX Sky Harbor to Sedona, but depending on what side adventures you intend on doing before or after the wedding, renting a car insures complete flexibility with your trip.

What sort of temperature or weather is typical for the area?

Answer

Arizona is a "dry heat" but temperature can change drastically based upon elevation. Typical temperatures for mid-April Phoenix lows of 55 to highs of 89 Sedona lows of 42 to highs of 72 Flagstaff lows of 27 to highs of 58 (and snow is still possible even into May)
