You'll walk into the market and go to your right, where you'll see the restaurant host stand. Tell the host that you're here for the Wolfgang wedding reception and they will show you to the staircase or elevator that will take you down to the basement wine cellar.

It means you can dress however you'd like. There will be appetizers, a full meal for lunch, and dessert.
