Welcome to our wedding!

While meeting in Paris, the city of love, under the Eiffel Tower would have made for the most romantic story, that is far from the reality of how we met. We met the summer of 2024 while both of us were about to head out on a camping trip. Allison was headed to Kelley's Island and Josh was headed to Red River Gorge. We connected via a dating app, Hinge, and immediately had to tell each other that while we'd love to talk, we wouldn't be in much contact since we were headed outdoors. Allison was super excited that this guy actually liked to camp, something she loves and had always dreamed of having a partner to travel with. She told Josh that she would talk to him next time she had wifi but it may not be often over the next week. Josh was kind of confused, wondering where in the world she must be that she couldn't talk. Regardless, they both enjoyed their camping trips and reconnected when they both got back to Cincinnati. Their first date was at Summit Park and lasted for over five hours. It was miserably hot, but they continued to sit outside and chat. Allison had plans the next morning and abruptly had to leave. Josh was sure she wasn't interested. Little did he know, she was super excited but was honestly just tired and had to get up early. The next week, they went on three more dates...and the rest is history.
