Always the one to make the most of every minute of her day, Kaitlin arranged to meet James for approximately an hour and a half before departing on the annual Wissahickon Galentine's Day Weekend getaway. Walking up to Matine's Cafe in Chestnut Hill, she was immediately drawn to the Texan sporting a v-neck t-shirt in February. James' smile mirrored the unseasonably warm day and the hour and a half passed way too quickly. They talked about their passions, the importance of family, and their shared love for physical activity and music. Before they departed, James said, "You mentioned you were free next Wednesday. Would you like to go out again?" Appreciating his direct ask, Kaitlin readily agreed. And as they say, "the rest is history!"
