The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive around 3:30pm to make your way into your seats.
Dress code is formal, if you are concerned or have any questions, please reach out to Jessica or Robert. Given this is an outdoor wedding in August the weather may be unpredictable, please plan accordingly.
As much as we love your children, please leave them at home!
A limited amount of hotel rooms have been reserved at both the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Barrie and the Comfort Inn Bradford. Please reach out to Jessica or Robert to book one of the rooms. Alternatively, there are additional hotels in Barrie, Bradford and Newmarket as well as several Airbnbs or VRBOs for guests to book.
Ubers and taxis are available in the area for transportation.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Belcroft Estate. The ceremony will start at 4pm and when it is over, guests can make their way straight to cocktail hour on the same property.

There is ample parking available at the venue.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, the reception will take place inside the barn.
The ceremony will take place on a grassy lawn so please wear footwear that you are comfortable to walk in.
We are not creating a wedding registry. For those who wish to provide a gift we appreciate whatever you feel comfortable gifting.
When RSVP'ing there is a field to inform us of any of your dietary restrictions. Should you feel this is not enough to accommodate your needs please feel free to reach out to Jessica or Robert.

During the ceremony we ask that you do not take photos in order to allow our photographer to work his magic. After the ceremony we encourage you to take photos and to share them with us!
