Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. No jeans, please! Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. Please refrain from wearing traditional bridal colors (i.e. white, cream, or ivory).

We love all our friend’s and family’s children! However, we hope you understand we cannot accommodate any person under the age of 18. With the exception of our Wedding Party, our ceremony and reception will be adults only. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as “Mr./Miss ‘Smith’ and Guest” If you are confused, when you RSVP type in your name, and you will see if you have a plus one!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00 PM. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early. Please be advised to avoid any interruptions any tardy guests, will be unable to enter the ceremony space, until after the entire wedding party and Bride have walked down the aisle, when the on time guests have been seated.

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photography and videography team to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During the cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! Just be sure to scan our QR code located around the reception space to upload some to our shared album, so we can celebrate through your eyes.

We will provide an open bar with a selection of Fenton Winery & Brewery’s Craft Beer and Wine, along with The Dream Machine’s Spirits for mixed drinks. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options & coffee. Please note our bartenders reserve the right to ID anyone.

Dinner will be served Buffet Style. The Menu includes: Chopped Garden Salad, Roasted Sirloin, Chicken Marsala, Shrimp Scampi Bowtie Pasta, FWB Root Beer Glazed Carrots, & Mushroom Ravioli with White Wine Cream Sauce. If you have any food or allergy restrictions please list them when you RSVP or let the Bride/Groom know!
