What's the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Earlier RSVPs are greatly appreciated - the earlier the better! However, RSVP deadline is June 16st, so we can get an accurate headcount.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended and highly encouraged to arrive 30-45 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love our friends and family to dress up with us! We are requesting black-tie optional to formal attire. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers. Women, please refrain from wearing white or a shade that resembles white.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes, we want the kiddies to celebrate with us! If you plan on bringing children, please be sure to include them in your RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, please drink responsibility. Guests will be asked to show proof of age if they appear under 40 years of age.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors by the beautiful Occoquan River. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor in the Bar & Lounge area and porch/patio. Dinner will be served in the Ballroom and the party will be back in the Bar & Lounge.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is tons of parking right at the venue. Guest are allowed to leave cars overnight if necessary.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We appreciate all of our friends and family who wish to be present on our wedding day. Please understand that we have limited seating and are only able to accommodate the invited guests.

I have an allergy or dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

Please indicate on your RSVP! You will be served a separate plate. If you feel this is not adequate for you, please contact Kendall with allergy or dietary concerns! (571) 426-8023.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

There are a few hotels near the venue. We have a block of rooms set aside at a few hotels for our friends and family (please refer to the travel page for more information). Please keep in mind the hotel will stop holding the empty rooms for us about a week out.
