Have hotel room blocks been arranged for guests?

Answer

Yes we have hotel room blocks at the Fairfield Inn and the Common Man Inn in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Refer to the "Accommodations" tab for more details. Note you cannot gain Marriott points if you book through a room block for the Fairfield Inn.

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and after the reception?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles for the ceremony: The Fairfield Inn at 3:30 & 3:40 PM The Lodge (Common Man) at 3:30 & 4:00 PM The Common Man Inn & Spa at 3:35 & 4:05 PM Shuttles run from 8PM onwards back to the Common Man Inn & Lodge. Final Shuttles depart at 11PM to Fairfield Inn or Common Man after party After party shuttles: Shuttles depart at 12:30 AM to the Fairfield Inn, The Lodge (Common Man), The Tiny Cabins (Common Man), Frontenec Lodge (Uconn ski team) and Diane Lipes' airbnb at Tenney Mountain.

Can I utilize the shuttle service if I’m not staying at one of the designated hotels?

Answer

Absolutely! You'll just need to find a way to either of the pickup locations before the scheduled pickup times. See shuttle schedule above.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot for guests if you choose to provide your own transportation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a "plus one" or specifies that you may bring a date, please feel free to do so otherwise we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing dates unless explicitly specified on your invitation.

Are children able to attend?

Answer

We've chosen to create an adult-focused atmosphere for our ceremony and reception to allow everyone a parents night out to relax and enjoy the festivities to the fullest. With the exception of our flower girl/boy, we hope that we give you an excuse to get a babysitter and enjoy!

Is there a dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Feel pretty if you choose, but you better be able to dance in your outfit of choosing!

What is the weather typically like in New Hampshire during February?

Answer

Please note that New England, especially New Hampshire, experiences cold and snowy weather in February. We advise our guests to dress accordingly, ensuring warmth and comfort during your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance on what to pack for the weather, please don't hesitate to reach out.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Guests are welcome to begin arriving at 3:45 PM.

Both our ceremony and reception will be held inside at The Barn on the Pemi in Plymouth, New Hampshire, USA.
