Are kids welcome?

We kindly ask that your little ones stay home. We want to make sure that you have the best time possible and can celebrate freely with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are excited to be throwing an event where our guests can have fun being dressed up. We request semi-formal attire. What you wear does not need to be black tie apparel, but no jeans please!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food trucks we chose have options for those who have food restrictions. El Jefe is peanut-free and gluten free. Sizzling Wagon is peanut free and meals can be modified to be gluten free. Both food trucks have ways to customize your meal if it needs to be dairy free.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the ceremony and reception space. Overnight parking is also welcome.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle running from the hotel to the ceremony site. The shuttle will run prior to the ceremony and will get you there on time. If driving yourself, please arrive to the ceremony around 15-20 minutes early to make sure you can grab a seat and be ready prior to it beginning.
