We recommend checking it ahead of time so you’re in the right place at the right time—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We love your little ones, but to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable evening for all, the ceremony and reception will be adults only. The only exception will be Phil’s nieces, Elliot and Sutton. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us create a memorable celebration for everyone in attendance.
Dress code for the reception is black-tie optional. For Men: Black tie optional is a wedding guest dress code that is slightly less formal than black-tie wedding attire. A tuxedo is not required, though it can still be worn. If a suit is preferred, it is best to wear a dark formal suit, white shirt, and a conservative tie. For Women: Choices are a floor or tea length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit in any seasonal color except white.
Availability can be limited during busy autumn weekends. We recommend scheduling your Uber or Lyft in advance for transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and the reception. The venue will remain open until 12:00 AM, so book your return ride ahead of time, as well, to ensure a smooth and stress-free trip back. We want everyone to enjoy the night safely and comfortably!
Rooms have been secured at a 15% discount at The Forester, a Hyatt Place Hotel located at 200 N. Field Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045. The Forester is 4.1 miles from our wedding reception venue. A block of rooms is reserved at The Hilton Garden Inn, located at 26225 North Riverwoods Boulevard, Lake Forest, IL 60045. The Inn is 4.6 miles from our wedding reception venue. Details on booking, including links and group rates, can be found in the travel section. We recommend reserving early, as space is limited!
All entrée options will be prepared gluten-free. If you have any additional dietary restrictions, please include them with your RSVP
The parking lot is located at the west end of the church. Walk along the outside front of the building to the entry doors on the east end of the church. You may also enter the building through the door near the parking lot and use the hallway to walk to the entrance of the church.
Yes, the club will offer valet parking for guests who prefer to drive. Simply pull up to the main entrance, and the valet team will take care of the rest!
