What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive a little early so you can get settled and we can start right on time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There’s parking right at the venue. It’s mostly gravel, so choose your shoes wisely! Just follow the gravel road all the way down to the large parking area by the barn, please do not park near the house at the front of the property.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Check out our Accommodations page for all the details. The Yorkville hotels are about 20 minutes from the venue (and closest to our house), while the Minooka hotel is just about 15 minutes from the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we’re making this an adults only celebration. Consider it a fun night off. Come relax, celebrate, and enjoy yourselves with us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We won’t have transportation provided, so you’re in charge of your ride for the evening! Whether you carpool, drive, or grab an Uber, just be sure to plan ahead so you can celebrate stress-free.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We’ve got you covered! There will be gluten-free and vegetarian options, and no fish or seafood on the menu. If you have any other allergies or dietary needs, just let us know, we’re happy to accommodate!
