Here are some of our favorite dinner restaurants in Charleston! For restaurants that offer reservations, we recommend making then as soon as possible as reservations get swooped up in Charleston pretty far in advance! - Vern's - amazing American fare in a small, intimate setting. - 167 Raw - great seafood in a chic but non-stuffy environment; no reservations, first come first serve. Go around 4:30 or 5, put your name in (likely a couple hour wait). If you want to grab a drink in the meantime, go to Bar 167 around the corner for incredible cocktails! - Chubby Fish - incredible seafood and bites in a warm neighborhood setting; no reservations, first come first serve. People start lining up outside around 4:30. They open at 5, then go group by group until they fill a list of tables for the night. Get there before 5, then when it's your turn in line they'll likely tell you to come back a couple hours later. We love Elliotborough Mini Bar or Tippling House for a drink while you wait!
