Question

When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP online by May 17 using our wedding website. You can click the tab at the top of this website labeled "RSVP". Then enter the full name of one of the guests listed on your invitation. Each invited guest along with the events you are invited to will be listed here.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will specify how many and which specific guests have been saved in your honor.

Question

What if I can no longer attend the wedding?

Answer

Your presence will definitely be missed! However, if for any reason you need to change your RSVP, please modify your response on this site and contact Brianna no later than May 17.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we would like to celebrate with only the adults. We want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:45PM. Please arrive at the venue to allow sufficient time to find a seat. Refreshments will be made available for all guests who arrive to the venue beginning at 5:30 PM.

Question

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! The venue has free parking available should you forgo the shuttles provided by the hotel. There is a smaller lot directly located next to the Paradise Ballroom and a larger parking lot located across from the Herrington Yacht Club. The venue will allow cars to be left overnight but they must be promptly removed no later than 10 AM the next morning.

Question

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

As long as weather permits, the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be both held outside on the Polynesian Lawn. The wedding reception will be hosted inside the Paradise Ballroom tent.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES, the drinks are on us on wedding night!

Question

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream color attire?

Answer

We request that the bride has her day to wear light neutral colors. So please, no white, ivory, or cream attire (ie. dresses, full suits/tuxes). White shirts are appropriate.
